in the manner of Pierre Jeanneret; the rectangular massive mahogany plank top of two sections with conforming mitered flat edge, raised on a lateral base tablette Circa 1935 Overall dimensions: 78” long x 40” deep x 29” high Pierre Jeanneret (1896 – 1967) – a Swiss architect who collaborated with his more famous cousin Charles Edouard Jeanneret (who assumed the pseudonym Le Corbusier) for about twenty years. Their working relationship ended; however they collaborated once again famously after the War on the plan and architecture for the city of Chandigarh in India
